Nightmare Foxy è uno dei maggiori antagonisti del nuovo capitolo della saga horror Five Nights at Freddy's 4-The Final Chapter.Esso è la forma Incubo di Foxy la Volpe Pirata.

Nightmare Foxy diventerà attivo già dalla Notte N.2 ma sarà piu' frequente dalla Notte N.3 in poi.Si nasconde nell'Armadio e lentamente durante le ore della notte si rivelerà.Proprio come negli altri giochi,trascurandolo,esso inizierà ad'uscire dall'Armadio e attaccherà il bambino uccidendolo sul colpo.Andando a controllare Nightmare Foxy nell'Armadio si potrà vedere solo il volto oppure solo con il corpo intero.Se Nightmare Foxy non riesce ad'attaccare il giocatore esso si trasformerà in un "Foxy Peluche".Qui sembra essere l'unico animatronic che ha la lingua.Esso potrebbe essere rappresentato per i bambini come "Il Mostro nell'Armadio".
